@Ryan G, Ryan, i don't have a niche and I don't want one. As part of a guest post experiment for copyblogger, I wrote 42 guest posts in 7 weeks. Not one of them fit my voice, with the possible exception of Madame diels. You can write a guest post for someone like problogger even if you don't write about making money blogging. If you have a blog, you can always find something useful to say about the process of blogging. Do not count yourself out of anything,

I love you. Its nice to know that someone does things similar to me. I rarely use what influence I have unless I know the persons awesome. I do the same, I talk about what worked for me and certain patterns I’ve noticed. I only offer to help those that don’t ask me OR referrals that came via a trusted friend. (for instance, Navarro recommended Gilkey contact me.)

I’ve been struggling with a demanding workload as this is the most I’ve worked since having a proper nervous breakdown (oh, how pleasant) but now have a small meltdown once a fortnight. I haven’t guest posted in a month and really miss it but am trying to restrict it to favour posts and when I have something to promote.

I can send you the deets of what I had planned for the guest post guide but was saving for version 2 of the course. It involved podcasts and templates and I ran out of steam to do it.

Kelly, this is a somewhat personal question, so I understand if you have any reluctance to answer in specific. Your writing style is quite different from Darren’s. Did you and he have any discussion in which he wanted you to sound “more like ProBlogger”? Or was he happy with your voice from the outset? In general, how do you feel about the advisability of changing one’s voice for guest posts? Thank you very much for your time.

I have a few questions:

- When you start posting on popular blogs, people start asking you to help connect them with the blogger. How do you tastefully deal with these enquiries?

- you can’t bitchslap the trolls when you are a guest on someone elses blog. How do you deal with them?

- As I got busier, I found it more difficult to write guest posts on blogs, despite their popularity. How do you maintain your blogging groove?

Throwing your own stuff is ok, as long as you’re not throwing in my direction.

I mean, you can throw your stuff “at” me, just as long as you’re not throwing at me.
