    Hi, already commented over at Raising My Boychick. I’ve got an online friend who has a marvelous natural hair care routine for black hair, http://www.nappydelphia.com/ I mentioned your post to her and she’s said to please feel free to contact her with any questions about your dd’s hair.

    Anyway, I saw that your dd is both wanting European-esque hair and wanting to play with her hair like you do, and Kiya’s hair is totally gorgeous and healthy and non-European and she’s also got a lot of wonderful hairstyles. I thought maybe it’d help you help your daughter feel better about her hair.
